5. Service
1. Consulting

When you contact us here at PSC, our first task is to determine your needs and requirements for your cover glass.

Here, we value the dialogue with you to figure out what kind of application the cover glass is intended for, what surface properties the cover glass needs, etc.

These questions are essential for us so that we can design and develop the perfect cover glass solution specifically for your project.

2. Development

Once we have determined the needs and requirements of the cover glass, we will start designing the solution in-house in close dialogue with you.

If needed, we will spend the required time and resources to collaborate with you in finding the optimal solution for your application.

Once the design is final and accepted by you, we will start producing prototypes.

3. Prototyping

When prototyping the first units for you, our quality assurance will test a sample of the prototypes to ensure that the quality and tolerances comply with your requirements.

Standard product samples and prototypes can be manufactured and shipped in just 1-2 weeks.

Once you have received our prototypes to test, we make sure that they live up to your expectations before going into serial production.

4. Serial Production

During serial production, we use our own in-house manufacturing processes to complete the task.

However, we can also use our extensive supply chain and partners to source processes or materials that we don’t have available ourselves.

Furthermore, we also continuously test to ensure that the units’ quality and tolerances are within your requirements.

5. Service

After serial production, we make sure to follow up and cement our position as the preferred manufacturer of optical filters and cover glass solutions.

This is because we strive to always add value to your projects and have long-term partnerships with our customers.

Our mission is to provide customized optical filters and cover glass solutions through a value-adding approach.
